Budget co-location
We will shortly be launching a budget co-location service for low bandwidth applications. Details are still being finalised, but we anticipate a monthly fee of around £5.
The service will be aimed at users who require a server to be located at a facility with always-on connectivity, but do not require large amounts of bandwidth.
Examples of applications for this service would be:
- Offsite backup MX server
- Secondary DNS
- Webmail service
- MySQL offsite backup server
or anything which requires a reliable always-on connection but does not need a constant high-speed flow of data.
Acceptable limits on bandwidth are yet to be decided, but burstable bandwidth should be available.
